Regarding obtaining an equivalency letter (Al Ain)

Hi
I'm from Sri Lanka and am due to start a PhD at UAEU august Protected content . i just need to know the step by step procedure to obtaining an equivalency letter at the MOHESR, UAE for my bachelors and masters. (my Bachelors was from India and Masters from Sri Lanka)? It seems they require a lot of documents and i cant seem to figure out head or tail of the details on their website.
