Senior schools in Al Ain

Hello I am a doctor currently working in Riaydh and looking to relocate to AL ain.
My son is going to year 10 and i am looking for schools with UK curriculum. There is paucity of information regarding the reviews about the schools in AL ain.
Can someone please guide me regarding the senior schools!!!
Any experience with AL Ain english speaking school ??? brighton ????
