Egyptian postal services and packages from abroad (Alexandria)

Hello,

I have a question regarding postal services in Egypt.
At some point, I'll probably need to order products online that aren't easily available or that just cannot be found in Egypt.

So if you order from an online retailer located in Europe for example, what happens? By that, I mean, what taxes should I expect? Is the package openned by the Egyptian PS... etc

Please share any past experiences that may be helpful.
