Average wage in Algiers

Hello,
I'm negotiating salary with a potential employer in ALgiers.

I'm curious what is the average salary for an expatriate and non expatriate. They would provide housing for me. It's a small company and I would be consulting as an engineer. I really have no idea as to how much people earn there or where to start.

If you could tell me average cost of living that would be great
