family medical cover and schools (Alicante)

Hi Everyone, hope someone can help. My son will be moving to Alicante next month with his wife and daughter. Currently looking at obtaining medical cover for the family.

Initially, will be there for a year, aware of the basic cover for EU residents, but wife and daughter are venezuelan passport holders.

Also, looking at schools for daughter who is Protected content school, she is spanish/english speaking.

Any suggestions/recommendations please.
