We are searching for a new talented manager to join our Runway family early Protected content !
Business area: Runway is an international BPO provider with a strong expertise in and focus on multiple business activities and customer contact services. We serve a range of international and Scandinavian business clients from our now 7 offices in Norway, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Spain.
Establishing business center and ensure daily operations in Alicante;
Ensure maximization of full potential in sales, results and service quality;
Create the vision and environment in the Business Center.
Higher education in relevant field;
Prior experience in international set-ups and management including administration within client servicing sphere, preferably contact center and/or financial services;
Advanced time management, planning, organization and project skills;
Able to work in intense situations to achieve the highest level of servicing, and simultaneously coordinating several functions;
Self-motivated and able to transform objectives of the business centre into team objectives;
Very good team work skills and motivational managerial style;
Scandinavian language on native level and professional English and Spanish level (oral and written).
