One of our corporate banking clients is planing to open a new branch and looking for commercial space through our brokerage services.

Search criteria ;
• Preferably golden rectangular but open-minded ( zhipek- zheltoksan-seiffulina-abaya-lenina-ablaihan-tolebi-gogolya area/corners) or any other convenient location which matches search criteria
• Btw Protected content ( 1 or 2 floors if 2 floors with interior stairways)
• Branch entrance should be flat ( without stairs or any other obstructions preferably)
• Interior design ( high ceiling, preferably not so much individual columns or individual walls )
• With preferably car park Protected content 10 park lots) or if there is no private parking easy access to public parking
• Facade allowing Bank to place Bank’s Brand name Pano/Brand name Board
• Car park also convenient for transfer of cash with bank security/vault cars ( not a must but preferably)
• Commercial layout to sit 15 staff and to serve banking clients (with cash desk space/client hall areas available if possible)
• Facing main road/street or easy access
• Visibility from main road/street is a plus
• Lease only ( initially for 5 years / every year the lease amount would be adjusted/increased with inflation amount declared by NBK) .Sublease is not accepted.
• Lease budget from 25usd/m2 up to 35 usd/m2
