Getting to Megacenter? (Almaty)

So I just arrived in Almaty about 10 days ago, need to go shopping for the winter clothes I didn't bring with me, and was planning on going to Megacenter. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get there from Dostyk/Omanova using public transport? Ideally I'd like to take a bus or two there, since my Russian is basically not yet good enough to get a non-extortionate taxi...
