Help! May relocate in Almaty and need some info!

Hi all,
A friend of mine may relocate to Almaty and asked me a favour to make some enquiry for him.
He has a wife and two kids. One is 6 and the other is 12. School package is not included in the offer therefore before going any further he is trying to get some info from people that already live here..
Are you able to find out what would be an annual fee for an international school?
What about a decent income for a family of four considering that housing is provided?
