House maid, pet hotel (Almaty)

We are moving to Almaty on August 1 and looking for a maid/cleaner lady. Is it a practice to have your maid live with you like in GCC countries? How much is the cost per month on full time and part time basis? Can you get maids from Phillippines, Indonesia like in GCC?

We also need a pet hotel for our dog when we will be away so can someone recommend reliable pet hotels?
