Medical environment in Almaty

I'm happy to access this forum.
I expect to be dispatched to Almaty this month and am concerning about education, security and medical faciilities.
Actually saying, I have received all the negative information about medical infrastructure.
I have just 3-year-old daugher and am now very nervous to this item.
Would you please give me some information or advice?
