What a beautiful weather outside. Just the perfect time to start a healthy initiative incorporating sport into our lifestyle without the necessity of a fancy gym. Anyone can make the parks, streets and sidewalks into their own personal gym! Every week we could try something new and every time someone else is responsible for organizing this event.
I want to find a few people who like to create a "stair run", doing Tai Chi in a park, displaying posters like "stair jockey" or "take the stairs" in their companies, to show how healthy it is using stairs and improve the health of employees. Planking on a bench, playing soccer in a park or badminton - the ideas are endless!
This ides should encourage city dwellers to take advantage of parks, playing fields and other public athletic facilities to get fit.
