Bootcamp & Running (Amman)

I'm moving to Amman from Dubai, and really enjoy group exercise (such as Bootcamp) and running.

Does anyone know of any Bootcamps active in Amman? I read on BeAmman that DNA runs one with Mr Ammar Sabbah on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at Al Riyadi Aramex Playground in Sweifeyeh.

Anyone know it? Or know of any others?

For running, does Amman have many organised events/runs? (Dubai had many, but I realise the scene is smaller plus we're getting towards the hotter months which tend to drive people indoors).

Also, which are the good areas to run? King Hussein Park and Sports City seem to be the favourites...
