Car registration renewal (Amman)

Dears,

Can anyone tell me that in case I am gonna sell my car in next couple of months while my annual registration and insurance is due in mid December, does it make sense to do that or I shall sell the car prior to renewal and save this cost? On other hand, if renewing insurance and registration means that i can include in my selling price going forward as buyer would save that money, then may be I would just go for that. So my main concern is, will it be a sunk cost and or something buyers prefer and pay more if done already
