Evening sports groups (Amman)

Hi
I've just moved to Amman and would like to start playing some sort of sport or doing an exercise class in the evening. (I used to play lots of hockey, but don't really expect to find anywhere to play here).
I'm open to ideas, so Is there anything (or anywhere) that people recommend?
