ECO Consult is looking for an Executive Secretary

Mainly the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
Receive and circulate the mail.
Open and date stamp all general correspondence.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence (incoming & outgoing).
Make preparations for meetings conducted in the premises meeting room.
Arrange for inside country or abroad trips.
Provide secretarial support.
Greet, assist and / or direct visitors
Perform other related duties as required.

Education and Experience:
Secretarial Course/ Diploma
Fluent Arabic Language
Intermediate level of spoken & written English language

Financial Package:
Semi annual bonus up to one salary
