German bread - do you like it? Do you miss it? (Amman)

As I heard so many times that not only Expats keep looking for a real good and typical wholewheat bread and of course other varieties too - I started a research.

I heard the complaints about several bakeries and I want to know if and what kind of bread you miss in Amman and you would like to have.
