Getting a visa for my Indonesian housemaid (Amman)

Hi all,

We're coming over to Jordan at the end of the month and will be bringing our Indonesian maid with us. I understand that Indonesians get visa on arrival. But how about if we decide to continue life in Jordan, in which case we will need to change her visa status from visitor to something else (e.g. work visa).

Does anyone know how much this will cost and how complex/simple it is to do?
