Moving with 2 Cats to Amman

Hey everyone,

My husband, our 2 cats and I are moving to Amman from Dubai in a week. We're pretty excited. The only thing we're worried about is the cats.

Has anyone here flown Royal Jordanian Airlines to Amman with cats in-cabin (not checked baggage)?

I'm getting mixed answers. Their official website says we can take them with us in-cabin, as you can see in the link below:

On the other hand, when I called their number in Dubai, they said the cats will be treated as checked baggage and won't fly with us in-cabin.

We're new to Jordan and don't know if people their (locals or expats) share our feeling. But our cats are our babies. We just want the experience to be least stressful.
