Nanny and Nursery questions (Amman)

Hi everyone! I am planning to move to Amman in May with my daughter who will be 18months old by then.

1. Nanny
1) If I would hire full-time nanny, what will be the monthly salary? I am open to both live-in or live-out options. I prefer an English-speaking nanny, open to Francophone as well, but I assume the latter won't be many.

2) Is that difficult for a non-Arabic speaker to do all the paperwork to obtain work permit for a nanny? What the procedure would look like? I would appreciate any recommendations for agencies.

2. Nursery
Is there any English-speaking nurseries? It seems many are English-Arabic bilingual institutions. I am considering to live around Abdoun or Al Swaifyeh.
