Nanny recommendations? (Amman)

Thanks to the arrival of our first child, we are looking to hire a nanny. Ideally, we are looking for the following:

• Experience caring for infants
• Excellent references
• Willing to work Protected content a day 5 days a week. Base pay will be based on 8 hours/day, with extra time to be paid for at an hourly rate
• Available to start in January, or at the latest early February. We will be staying through the end of July Protected content , perhaps a bit longer
• Fluent in English
• Primary responsibility will be to care for the child, but it is expected that the nanny will also contribute to general household tasks (we will continue to have our current cleaning woman come once per week for major cleaning)
