outdoor action stuff... (Amman)

Okay... I have received lots of kind emails regarding stuff to do, like walking, cycling etc. in Amman - wonderful :) But looking for the weekends...

Are there any clubs, with some outdoor action - who do meet up in the weekends?
* 4x4 driving - joining without car or 4x4 courses over number of weeks...
* climbing outside - beginner courses
*cycling outside amman - mountain biking
* anywhere to sail?

Just outdoor activities to get out of the city...
