Regulations for importing dogs to Jordan (Amman)

We understand that Jordan has no quarantine and import permits for importation of cats and dogs into the country. However there is a need for a “Veterinary Certificate for Jordan”. We need to relocate with our 2 dogs. Does anybody know where we can get a copy or whom we can talk to?
