visa and shipping household goods into Amman?

hi all!
i am shipping my furniture from dubai to amman... and the shipping companies have asked me if i have a residential permit / work visa / taxation ID... i.e. some proof that i'm going to be there long term.

currently my work is processing my papers and its taking a long time and i'm not even sure i'f ill be able to secure a permanent work visa (it wont be a problem, i have a saudi passport which enables me to stay in jordan for 3 months visa and then i can renew from within)... i was wondering what can i offer the shipping company instead??

emplyoment contract?

has anyone faced this issue? or maybe i can put the reciepient as a freind who is already residing in jordan and is jordanian?
