Advice needed for International couple (Amsterdam)

Hi there,
Protected content a Scottish female, living and working in the Netherlands, trying to get my American boyfriend legal here. We want to get married but still understand that we have to register. This is proving very difficult in Amsterdam. We are willing to move but could do with some advice of how others have gone about it or if someone would be willing to let us register at their address, even if we stay with our own friends?

We're getting desperate now and just need the address.
