Best neighbourhood with babies? (Amsterdam)

Hi,
my husband and i are moving to Amsterdam in the summer with our 3 month old twins. I'm looking for any tips or recommendations on neighbourhoods. We're keen to get a house with some outdoor space and have been looking at amstelveen, but I'd like to hear other ideas.
Also what about mum and baby groups?
