As a Recruitment Assistant within the Commercial Recruitment Team at you are responsible for administrative and daily operational tasks. You will work closely with the Recruiters and have the opportunity to work on all aspects of the recruitment. You will assist the team with sourcing, screening of resumes, phone interviews, scheduling and other daily activities for various commercial roles within our organization.

Key responsibilities:
CV and Phone screening candidates;
Coordinate scheduling and setting up (phone) interviews;
Perform administrative tasks within recruitment;
Maintain internal and external websites;
Update and maintain applicant data.

Required Skills:
Experience in a HR/Recruitment function or recruitment agency is an advantage;
Bachelor or Master in Human Resources;
Excellent communication skills and knowledge of the English language plus another EU language;
Proactive and able to prioritize and work tight deadlines;
Experience in a multicultural international environment;
Attention to detail;
Customer-oriented and service-driven;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Administrative experience is preferred
Confidential in dealing with sensitive matters.
