Can we talk maternity? (Amsterdam)

My husband, daughter and I will be spending the next three months in Amsterdam to decide if this is the where we'd like to settle our family. Long term goal is to open a small business. Small caveat...I am 6.5 months pregnant. The timing is unfortunate but the trip has been in n the works for quite some time. What our my options as a tourist? I do not have travel insurance that will cover maternity care. Is there short term insurance for non residents? Are midwife costs astronomical if you pay out of pocket? Looking forward to a more natural based system than we have in the states!
