In this role you will be responsible for developing the customer retention program, determine up and cross sales opportunities and promoting state of the art technology.
You will be in charge of the Spanish and Portuguese speaking customers.
-Daily contacts with customers in order to increase loyalty and satisfaction
-Developing and supporting customer retention program and measurement for clients satisfaction and loyalty
-Proactive participation in improving processes
-Coordinate internal and external actions to make sure that the customer gets a tailored solution
-Guiding the customers and make sure they maximize the use of the system
Wie ben je
-Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish and Portuguese
-Previous experience in similar role or in Sales/ customer interactions
-Ability to prioritize and good organization skills
-Proactive and positive attitude
-Ability to understand clients‘ needs and to translate into solutions
