Overall Objective and Purpose:
Provide a high level of quality to all customers in accordance with all the established procedures, quality targets and standards. Support Professionals are part of the customer support chain in the line of contact between Stream and our customers. Working on behalf of our clients the Support Specialist will answer technical questions or solve issues and warranty request to a high level of customer satisfaction. This support is normally provided by telephone although it is increasingly being provided through electronic means.

You will be responsible for:
• Offering support to end users/resellers in relation with our client’s products on software, hardware and network related issues.
• Answering email support through the client’s Mail system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
• Issuing RMA`s for defective products when such is determined and following procedures for Returns.
• Providing RMA status to customers upon request and identifying issues with shipment
• Working the client directly on escalated cases.
• Checking credit cards when used for security (advanced replacement RMA Process)

Experience and Skills:
• Knowledge of Operating Systems (Win98Se, ME, Windows Protected content , XP, Vista, Mac OS)
• Experience with hardware installation, BIOS configuration, networking and hard drives and other related technical matters
• Interest in advancing your technical knowledge
• Accurate typist
• Self-learner

• Excellent knowledge of the English language, Native German
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service phone skills
• Commercial skills (up-/cross sales)
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Strong problem solving skills
• Remains calm under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Self starting, self motivating and self learning work approach
• Ability to coordinate multiple, diverse activities simultaneously
