Experienced Italian Tutor Wanted (Amsterdam)

Hi Everyone!
I've just moved to Amsterdam and started a new job. My company would like me to learn Italian as quickly as possible to communicate with our suppliers. I already speak English, French, Spanish, and Russian (as well as some basic German), so with these skills I hope I can learn Italian quickly.
I am searching for a private tutor who can meet two times a week for at least one hour at a time. I am flexible on location. It is important that the tutor is experienced in teaching and is a native speaker.
I have tried using a website to learn, but found that this was not the most effective method for me. In person lessons create more discipline and focus.
If anyone has any ideas or recommendations, I greatly appreciate it.
