get the BSN the same day of the appointement? (Amsterdam)

On April 16 I have my appointement to the city hall in Amsterdam. I have everything permanent address, my french passeport, birth certificate and e-mail of the company which wants to hire me.

I would like to know if we can get the BSN the same day of the appointement at the city hall?

because as I don't have my BSN yet I cannot sign the contract! it means that as long as I haven't sign the contrat, everything can happen! I wouldn't like the company to change its mind.

if it isn't possible to get the BSN the same day of the appointement, how long time after it, can we get it?
