HEEELP : I am lost in administration and co! (Amsterdam)

I have been so busy with my little family finding a house, and now IT IS DONE, tomorrow we check in.

Now, my problem is :

To open a bank account, have internet phone and electricity running in our names, do we need first the BSN number? because our appointment is only by the 12 of february...... any tip for doing this before the BSN procedure?

Which operator do you recommend?
Also, any good industrial furniture stores?
