HR position (Amsterdam)

Human Resource Officer, fulltime Protected content per week)

The HR-Team in Amsterdam delivers a full scope of HR support (mainly HR administration, but also recruitment, payroll, health & safety etc.) to both our employees in The Netherlands and in Germany.
You will focus on support of our employees in The Netherlands, but will also be a contact person for our German employees in cases of absence of your colleague.

Main activities:
Processing of personnel data in HR Databases;
Processing payroll;
Making and keeping track of employment contracts;
Keeping personnel files up-to-date;
Registration of absence (illness, holidays etc.);
Health & Safety / Emergency Response Organization;
Supporting recruitment processes;
Participating in HR Project Teams and assist HR Manager.

Requirements:
Extensive HR administrative working experience (preferably also experience with payroll);
Integrity (being able to work with confidential information);
Excellent computer skills (Google, Microsoft Office; payroll systems);
Fluency in the English and Dutch language (preferably also good German language skills);
Competences: accuracy, flexibility, teamwork, pro-active, service-orientation;
Representative personality with a friendly, positive nature and a “can-do”-mentality.
