international student one last Hurdle (Amsterdam)

Hey, I got an offer letter to study Electrical engineering in the Netherlands but because I don't have the money to pay for tuition and I can't get financial aid from Duo just yet I directed my attention to student loans as they don't offer those here in my country UAE.
I wanted to get information from you guys what do you know about student loans and if there's one that an international student like me could apply to generally in Europe and specifically in the Netherlands if there is banks that offer them or private institutions it would be helpful information.
