Is Amsterdam becoming less expensive?

Hello everyone,

Just saw this little article in expatica: Protected content about how Amsterdam's dropped to number 50 in the list of world's most expensive cities for expats. I'm not sure if this means it's become less expensive, it just seems that other cities are becoming more expensive.

What do you think? Especially if you've been here a while.
