Looking for Spanish Course (Amsterdam)

I would like to do a one week intensive course in a Spanish speaking community (Spain, Canaries, etc.) but am overwhelmed by the number of possibilities. Can anyone make a suggestion based on own experience or reliable hearsay? Would appreciate any advice, thanks!
