Moving to Amsterdam from EU. (Advice needed)

I hope you are all doing great :)

I will be moving to Amsterdam this summer and am a little confused as to what needs to be done once arriving. I recently got my EU citizenship (Portuguese passport/EU card) and currently live in Lisbon. I am very new at the EU laws since I moved here recently form Canada, so I am in need of some advice. I keep reading conflicting information but I'm sure some of you may have dealt with this before on a personal level.

What would I have to do once I arrive in Amsterdam? (in terms of registering in the country and everything else that comes with it?) Any additional information would be very very appreciated.

My spouse is non-EU but we have completed the family reunification process and he got his 5 year permanent residence card. Would he have to do anything different or just the same as I will have to do?
