Need guidance for NL and Europe trip (Amsterdam)

Me and my friend have plan to come NL in May-June
1st we arrive Amsterdam then go Leeuwarden and after that we have Protected content free time for visiting neighbor’s countries.
I would be appreciated to guide us for:
- Famous Place for visiting as Tourist in Amsterdam and Leeuwarden
- Advice better plan or Schedule for visiting more neighbor’s countries in short time and economy mode (for example from Leeuwarden to Brussels , Paris , Barcelona and…) My favorite cities for visiting is Amsterdam , Paris , Barcelona , Hamburg , Stockholm but I know visiting all of them may not be possible in short time
- Good&cheap hotel for staying , best and cheaper transportation way in city and between countries
- Whatever you think is necessary to know and be helpful for this trip.
