Rowing club in Amsterdam?

HI,

moving to Amsterdam soon I'd like to continue rowing (shouldn't be an issue given so much water everywhere in town ;-) )
I am not an ambitious racer but do it as a leisure acitivity, regattas just for fun.
Can anyone of you suggest a rowing club accepting females and offering not only free boat use but also training for advanced rowers?
