Our new project Protected content is looking for a Social Media Assistant to support with content, activity planning and posting across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+ as well as analysing and reporting on performance.
You will be responsible new ideas and initiatives. Creation and daily upload of content to the main social media platforms including responding to interactions from customers in real time. Day to day moderation, escalation and management of customer interactions across all social platforms. Ensure communities are engaged and active. You will work closely with the customer service's social team to ensure excellent levels of customer service on Facebook & Twitter. Create a plan and schedule for daily content based on trading priorities and social objectives. Weekly reporting on KPI's, day-to-day effective management of agencies and build strong relationships with the relevant areas of the business.
In this role you will assist the Makerting Team to develop the best content principles across channels and implement these, work with the editorial team and marketing managers to create the best content from the business and adapt for the channel.
The successful applicant will have experience of social media and content marketing and have excellent copywriting skills.
