Starting a business in Amsterdam , visa help etc.

Hello fellow ex pats. I met the love of my life and of course he lives in Amsterdam. We have been together for a year and are planning on me relocating there. We have some options, but for right now, I'm considering starting a business( something simple, online store or travel agent company) and I was wanting some assistance. Anyone ever start a business in the Netherlands? had any issues with the IND and getting a temporary visa to stay? just curious if anyone has any insight into this process. I would love the help and to make a potential friend/business contact in the netherlands. If all goes planned I am planning on coming in March. Thanks again for any and all responses!
