Your role In the role of customer service agent within the support team, you will support the first customers of Squla in France, both on answering their questions and helping them understand what Squla is. You might also answer questions from French teachers and you will work on the exciting launch of Squla in France.
Furthermore, you also work closely with the French brand marketeer and French educational content creator to help improving the product based on the consumer feedback.
