WANTED: Part-time Scandinavian Project Coordinator (Amsterdam)

AQ services is currently looking for part-time employees to work on projects in all areas of Scandinavia. Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish and/or Danish is therefore required.

Mystery shopping engages trained shoppers to anonymously evaluate customer service, operations, employee integrity, merchandising and product quality over the phone, web or, most commonly, on location. We assess the interaction between our mystery shoppers and the front-line teams, using pre-set scenarios and questionnaires.

We are looking for looking for part time project coordinators and translators who speaks fluent English and one or more of these languages – Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish. Any additional languages beyond this is of course preferred. Your responsibility would be to recruit and brief the mystery shoppers in the local languages on how they should complete the mystery visits, as well as translate the mystery shopping documents to the local languages.

Mystery shopping is our core competence. We provide this foundation service for improving retail performance.

The job requires you to work between Protected content a week, depending on the project fieldwork period, as well as your personal schedule. You can choose the time and days to work, but it should be between Monday - Thursday 09: Protected content and Fridays 08: Protected content .
