brown sugar or sugar molasses? (Ankara)

hi all,
Protected content been trying to bake some things that i absolutely love but some of them require brown sugar (not kahverengi şeker) which i haven't been able to find. if i can't find brown sugar, i can make it myself using white sugar and molasses, but i haven't found molasses anywhere either... if anyone knows where i might find some, that would be awesome!

i've actually been making all kinds of ingredients at home lately, like sour cream, vanilla and almond extracts. the extracts require two months of incubation, so i have to freeze some vişne puree in order to make the cake that i thought i would be making this week! i never cooked in the u.s. but i am loving it here despite the occasional difficulties. =)
