Extra Medical Insurance? (Ankara)

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum. My husband and I are both English language teachers, and moving to Ankara next month. A few folks I talked to that live in Turkey, but not Ankara, suggested I get extra medical insurance such as Signa. Mainly I am looking for a GP, Endo adn Gyno. Would love one medical group that has a wide range of doctors for convenience sake, but just started researching the medical options, so not sure if that's possible.

Appreciate your feedback on options and experience.
