HELP! I need an exam supervisor (Ankara)

Hello All,

So, I am currently attending Athabasca University (Online Canadian University) while living in Ankara. I have an exam that I need to write and I have to find someone to supervise me while I write it.

The guidelines as to who can supervise are as follows:
A proposed invigilator may be:

a professor or instructor at a recognized public post secondary institution;
a full-time administrative or professional staff member of a recognized public or private post-secondary institution;
a full-time administrative or professional staff member of a public library or a library in a public school;
a full-time administrative or faculty staff member of a public or private elementary or secondary school;
a full-time human resources professional who works in a dedicated HR department;
a ranking officer in the Armed Forces;
an official at an embassy or consulate office

I have tried to contact Universities and Embassy's to help, but I haven't had any luck. If you are able to help me, or know of someone who can, please please let me know!
