Helping innocent animal (Ankara)

Dear all

Since this is a very good social / networking environment, I wonder if anyone has any contact / idea about helping an organization whose objective is to rescue street stranded animals?

The president of the organization is a very kind hearted person who does this on a voluntary basis. She has organized three animal ambulance to run in Istanbul, collect and treat street dogs and cats. At the moment, they are like all other charity, lack of funding. If anyone has any wonderful idea for fund raising, or any other NGO that could offer help it would be great.
