New expat in Adana (Ankara)

Hi everyone! I am a filipino who recently got married to my turkish love. Currently we're living in Adana. I dont see much foreigner or filipinos here whom i can easily relate to or talk to. I feel bored and homesick most of the time since I am just at home. I am actually a nurse by profession, that's why I opt to find a work as a nurse here in Adana. But i am confused as to the process of how i will be able to find a job as a nurse. And if there is a chance for me to find one, given that i am not fluent of the local language yet. If anybody can help me out or enlighten me somehow as to the process of getting a work permit, please feel free to reply here or email me. Thanks!
