residecne permit (Ankara)

Hi all,

This might have been discussed before however I really need someone to help me with this enquiry.

I am currently on business in Ankara and I plan to stay here long term. I am not required a visa to stay in Turkey for up to 30 days however I need leave the country once every 30 days. Is there way I could get a residence without leaving the country. I heard it usually takes 2 months...
